BITCH SLAP ME!

i've just been BITCH SLAPPED!
...and i kinda liked it! *wink

well, if you haven't already seen my newest youtube video on my BITCHSLAP-COSMETIC products, then check it out already, shit! (= if you're lazy, which i know you probably are, i'll provide the video right here:

this will be more of a REVIEW of these products, since my video was basically the "haul" part. before i get started, i want to THANK [again] KATHY CERVANTES &ISABEL from BITCHSLAP-COSMETICS for sending me these lovely items! (i just wanted to write my "thanks" in words). so, THANK YOU!

Bitchslap PAINTWHEEL & LIQUID LUSTRE

Bitchslap Cosmetics' PAINTWHEEL in "Evil Bitch"

these are the swatches of all 4 colors in the "Evil Bitch" PAINTWHEEL. the TOP ROW has a base applied (MAC prep+prime eye) underneath. the BOTTOM ROW has NO PRIMER at all. there isn't TOO much of a difference, yeah? =)

PROS:
- the color payoff is EXCELLENT. i had to try to NOT make the eyeshadows so vibrant, but it was hard! the pigmentation is crazy!
- the glitters are a great touch to the eyeshadows, it adds an extra "POP" to the vibrancy.
- the 4 colors are great together; they compliment and blend well.

CONS:
- the glitters create some fallout =( boo!
- when blending, some parts of the eyeshadow fades, therefore you need to re-apply and blend LIGHTLY. (can be time-consuming)
- the packaging is ok; the label is just a sticker, which will probably come off soon =/
- the eyeshadows can easily stain your brushes bc of the high pigmentation; i'm sure all you need is to wash them well enough or spotclean them well after each use.

VERDICT:
- i WOULD buy more of their products; they are great quality and the pigmentation/vibrancy is EXCELLENT!

BITCHSLAP COSMETICS' Liquid Lustre in "Satinizer"

i couldn't get a decent photo of the swatch, so these will have to do! besides, i'm wearing it in the FINAL LOOK pictures down below!!!!!!

PROS:
- NOT STICKY! MAC's lipglasses tend to be sticky...which is why i don't really wear them - but the Liquid Lustre is not very sticky, which i LOVE.
- there is a vanilla-ish smell, YUM!!
- the glitters aren't too overwhelming; they're super pretty!!!
- the brush applicator applies a decent amount to your lips.

CONS:
- the price ($15) is a little much, FOR ME, to pay for a lipgloss. i usually don't pay that much for MAC lipglasses, either.
- it's just a gloss, nothing moisturizing about it.

VERDICT:
- i really like their liquid lustres (lipgloss), but the price is a bit too much for me to pay for it. it's VERY glossy, which is GREAT. woohoo!

like i said in the video, i used A LITTLE amount of eyeshadow to keep it "subtle" -_- i WILL do a tutorial for this look, but i may make it more extreme! ;] or would you rather have me do a tutorial on the more "wearable" look?! LET ME KNOW!!


&finally, just felt like snappin' a pix of the sneaks i wore with my "comfy" fit to my girlfriends house to just chillax.
